Quality management policy

At Entreferros we firmly believe that quality is critical and must not be compromised under any circumstances. As such, we believe that implementing an ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) is a tool to ensure sustainability of the quality of the design and/or the development, manufacture, supply and erection of steel structures.

Sustainability of the QMS, and of the organisation, is based on the following principles: – customer satisfaction, by:

– putting the safety of products, people and goods first;

– following good environmental practices.

– delivering solutions grounded in laws, regulations and/or accepted standards in accordance with best practices;

– recognition from our partners (customers, employees, suppliers and subcontractors, competitors, industry entities and shareholders), by:

– ensuring the quality of the work and services we provide;

– maintaining our reputation (honouring commitments, with the different partners).

To successfully implement this policy, each year we assess risks and opportunities and set objectives for continual improvement of the QMS and sustainability of the organisation. We are committed to making the necessary resources available and actively contributing to the achievement of objectives
